The service

Free NYC is a free listing service. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and give accurate sign-in details. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Event information is not a promise

Every listing comes from a public source, and we show you where. Times, addresses, capacity, RSVP requirements and whether something is really free can change without notice, sell out, or be wrong at the source. We check listings repeatedly and show when each one was last verified, but we can't guarantee any of it. Always confirm with the organiser before travelling, and follow the venue's own rules when you get there.

Free NYC doesn't run the events, isn't affiliated with the organisers unless stated, and isn't responsible for anything that happens at them. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on a listing.

Fair use

Please don't scrape or bulk-copy the listings, resell them, attempt to break into the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and trademarks

The design, text and software of Free NYC belong to us. Event titles, descriptions, images and brand names belong to their owners and appear here as short factual references with a link to the source. If you own such material and want a listing changed or removed, email hergienterprises@gmail.com and we'll act promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
